When I first came to Sri Lanka, I was welcomed with open hearts. I saw people face floods, storms, and hard sicknesses with strength, grace and smiles. Their strength touched me deeply and inspired me to create my project Cel_forLanka.

Now, I want to stand beside the locals who once welcomed me with open hearts, to create a brighter future and let the light shine for them.

At this moment, Cel_forLanka is not yet a registered non-profit organization in Sri Lanka.

why i founded CEL_forLanka

Many elders don’t get the care they deserve, and family members or caregivers often feel overwhelmed and unsure what to do.

During my time there, I met countless smiling people, but I also noticed how many schools, kindergartens, and elder care homes struggle with limited resources and support.

As a nurse, I’ve seen how deeply health, education, and compassion are connected. That’s why I created CEL_forLanka to give back to a country that has given me so much love, and to offer real, heartfelt support where it’s needed most.

Through free courses and community projects, I try to bring light where it’s needed most, sharing knowledge, empowering others and spreading hope in communities that deserve to be seen and supported
